We’ll coordinate with all vendors, ensure contracts are signed, and communicate with them regularly to ensure everything is on schedule.
Wedding Design & Styling: Offering personalized design consultations, we’ll help you select your color palette, decor, floral arrangements, and overall aesthetic to ensure every detail is cohesive.
Timeline Creation & Coordination: We’ll create a comprehensive day-of timeline, covering vendor arrivals, ceremony, reception, and all important details to ensure a seamless event.
Check-ins & Progress Meetings: Regular meetings (in-person or virtual) will keep you updated on progress, help adjust plans as needed, and ensure everything stays on track.
